Our history
Theta began its journey in breath diagnostics, tackling the complex challenge of detecting multiple molecules at parts per billion concentrations in breath. Our vision was clear: to transform breath into not just data, but clinical insight. This ambitious goal led us to develop advanced AI solutions that meet the most stringent regulatory requirements, while being intuitive and easy to use, even in the most stressful moments of life. Our initial focus was on cancer detection, and the complexity of the task took years to master.
As entrepreneurs, we listened to our customers. When other medtech companies, from start-ups to multinationals, sought our expertise in AI strategy, we recognised a unique opportunity. Today, as we continue to develop our breath diagnostic devices within a global network of experts, we have expanded our mission. We are now empowering other innovators to lead the AI revolution and make a deeper impact on socially meaningful innovation, way beyond healthcare and including water treatment and carbon-negative cement production.
