Remote patient monitoring
Our CEO worked closely with a multinational diagnostics company in conjunction with a major hospital transformation to reinvent the care of oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy. The key idea was to introduce an 'always on triage' service using remote patient monitoring technologies that combine a multimodal sensing approach with integration into clinical workflows for more effective patient management. The objectives were to reduce the workload of oncology services, reduce the congestion of outpatient chemotherapy services, and empower patients while providing them with a safety net.
The work included shadowing in a clinic, structured work to be done analysis and prioritisation, secondary data analysis to gain deeper insights, strategy formulation, and feature definition and prioritisation, as well as support in selecting and negotiating third party partnerships.
